Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of each other among different severity patients in knee joint dysfunction in rehabilitation community. Methods:From 2010 January to 2013 January,to choice 20 non-athlete patients on knee joint dysfunction patients, who had rehabilitation training in 5 days a week, respectively in the morning and afternoon,40min each time.In the morning, patients were treated on tradition rehabilitation by one- to- one;in the afternoon, patients were treated on rehabilitation community by one- to- many, mainly based on guidance of rehabilitation therapist and patient participation. After 2 months, according to the range of motion(ROM) in knee, patients wererandomly divided into the group A(ROM≤60°,12 cases) and group B(ROM 60°,8 cases) to assess psychological and function index. Results:Comparison of the changes of each index value,in the active / passive ROM enhancement, two groups had no statistical significance(P0.05);the HAMD score decreased, two groups had statistical significance(P 0.01);the Lysholm score increase, the two groups had statistical significance(P 0.05);before treatment, the HAMD,Lysholm index contrast, two groups had statistical significance(P0.01).Conclusion:In rehabilitation community, the effects of patients with lower severity on patients with higher severity are better than the effects of the latter on the former, but in the course of treatment, each other have played a promoting role.
