Abstract

Objective:Discussion of Roxie Dean and paroxetine in the treatment of depression in the efficacy and safety of.Methods:92 patients with CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria for major depression were randomly divided into two groups.Were given degree Roxie Dean and paroxetine in the treatment of 8 weeks,with(HAMD17) to evaluate the curative effect.(TESS) assess treatment-emergent adverse reaction.Results: the degree of Luoxi statin and paroxetine in the treatment of depression curative effect,and has the advantages of quick response.Conclusions: the degree of Luoxi statin is fast safe and effective antidepressant,may be used for the treatment of comorbid depression and anxiety of patients.
