Abstract
Because of its excellent photocatalytic characteristic, titanium dioxide photocatalyst has attractive potential applications in various fields of environmental protection, especially wastewater treatment and air purification. The immobilization of TiO2 onto various substrates is the key to successful commercialization of this technology. In this paper, various immobilization methods for titanium dioxide photocatalyst and their effectiveness are reviewed.
