Abstract

A hydraulic cylinder mode is established with the finite-element analysis software ANSYS as the main working platform.According to the actual conditions,the constraint and the load of the hydraulic cylinder are dealt with effectively,and the strength is carried out with the finite-element analysis,getting the regular pattern of the cylinder body displacement and stress distributed.Before the improvement of hydraulic cylinder,the hydraulic cylinder leaked easily in the test process due to the high pressure.With the results of finite-element analysis on the cylinder,the cylinder body increase wall thickness and shorten the length of the cylinder.After improvement of the cylinder,internal stress decreases in ANSYS analysis.And meanwhile,the phenomenon of cylinder leakage doesn't happen in engineering testing.
