Abstract
A core-shell structure organic silicone modified copolymer emulsion of hexafluorobutyl acrylate-acrylate was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization.The effect of polymerization temperature,time and silicone content on emulsion properties was discussed.The structure and heat stability of emulsion film are characterized by use of IR,DSC,and TGA.The microstructure and morphology of the emulsion particles are investigated by TEM.The surface performance of the emulsion coating is characterized by contact angle and moisture absorption.
