Abstract
Along with the raising economic development level, finance management is becoming a social focus and an important way of carrying out the life ideal. Good finance programming can raise the disposition efficiency of capital, then carry out the maximize benefits. It can also promote the quality of our family life. Well, exactly what is finance management? Why we want to carry on finance management? What are the purpose and basic steps of finance management? So it seems to be very necessary to launch total analysis with strategic research towards the present condition of finance management.
