Abstract
The pump and valve control system is a fluid process commonly used equipment,the pump turn-on time and the valve opening degree of the turn-on time has an important influence on the performance of the entire system.in this paper,for pump and valve control system of a sophisticated system,the pump turn-on time and the valve open duration are determined by a numerical analysis method,and establishing the experimental system for testing of the pump mad valve system.The results show that the numerical results can guide the experiment effectively,determining operating parameters of the pump and valve system,and providing simulation and experimental basis for a similar system.
