Abstract
The distribution of burden of proof is the core in the evidence rules; it is the critical element to the result of lawsuit. The article expounds the distribution of burden of proof; especial the discretion for distribution of burden of proof based the related theory. At the same time, the article puts forward relevant perfect suggestion.
