Abstract

Objective: To observe and explore the treatment and mechanism of Sinitang on hemorrhagic shock. Method: The change of the plasma levels of ET in hemorrhage shock was determined by the grouping and controlling experiments. Results: Sinitang obviously decreased the plasma ET (P0.01) in hemorrhagic shock. Conclusion: Sinitang has higher effect on hemorrhagic shock, which provides the experiment basis for clinical application of chinese herbal medicine in hemorrhagic shock.
