Abstract
The effects of fenpyroximate on soil respiration and catalase activity in soil were studied.The resultsshowed,fenpyroximate had some effects on soil respiration,the soil respiration was restrained for a long time,after 15days,the 1mg/kg samples came consistent,while the 5mg/kg samples and 10mg/kg samples were restrained all the time.The concentration of fenpyroximate also had some effects on catalase activity.When the concentration waslower(1,10 mg/kg),the catalase activity of soil was lightly restrained first,then stimulated,at last came back.Whilethe concentration was higher(40,80 mg/kg),the catalase activity of soil was restrained first,then stimulated,restrainedagain and came back,and after 28 days the catalase activity of using fenpyroximate soil and CK soil came consistent.The experiments showed fenpyroximate had little harm to the microorganism in soil,it was a low toxicity or non-realharm pesticide.
