Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of high dose of naloxone in the treatment of chronic obstructive pul monary disease(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD) in acute exacerbation in patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods A total of 84 patients with respiratory failure acute exacerbation of COPD with type were ana lyzed in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012.Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 44 cases and control group of 40 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment, treatment group was added with naloxone(2.0 mg) intravenous drip.Arterial blood gas analysis were compared between the two groups, the total clinical efficacy, clinical outcome. Results ① The control group and the total effective rate in the treatment group were 70%(28/40),88.6%(33/44),the two groups was significant(P 0.05).② Compared two groups of patients in the PO2,PCO2,SO2,HR,RR levels, there was statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Compared the two groups on the level of PH,there was no significant difference in Statistics(P 0.05).③The treatment group and the control group mortality rates were 6.8%(3/44),12.5%(5/40),the difference between the two groups was not statistically signif icant(χ2=0.36,P 0.05).Conclusion Large dose of naloxone can improve clinical acute exacerbation of COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure patients cure rate, improve blood level of analysis, and can not improve the patient's death rate.
