Abstract
CaO-Al2O3-MgO-BaO-CaF2 slags were adopted, and the thermal simulation experiment was carried out according to dynamics and thermodynamic of metallurgy in laboratory. The refining slag dephosphorization experiment with raw material of different quantity was carried out.The initial phosphorus content and the factors such as basicity, optical basicity,BaO and CaF2 that influence the dephosphorization ability and dephosphorization reaction speed were systematically analyzed. Conclusions are reached that when initial content of phosphorus is high,BaO replaces CaO partially,so dephosphorization efficiency is high and basicity is smaller than 30,optical basicity is smaller than 0.9,CaF2 is 16%-18%,and dephosphorization rate are higher.
