Abstract

The adaptation of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) B 836 F 4 to Vero cells was studied.Results were as follows:Vero cell was suitable to proliferate IBDV;IBDV titer of the medium reached a high level. Three different additives were tested to protect IBDV during cryopreservation .
