Abstract
A low-power long-range wireless data transmission platform based on MCU and nRF905 chip is presented in this paper. The design method of the software and hardware, together with the MAC protocol of multiple-points transmission is introduced in detail. The platform adopts MSP430 as the main control MCU and the multi-channel single chip transceiver nRF905 as the radio frequency IC. Frequency hopping is applied to improve the reliability of data transmission.
