Abstract
Objective To establish a GC method to determine isoborneol,L-borneol and D-borneol simultaneously in Bingpengsan. Methods A chiral capillary column was used. The temperature of the column, inlet port and detector was 120 ℃,200 ℃ and 220 ℃,respectively. Results The linearity was 0.01-0.39 mg·mL-1 for D-borneol(r=0.999 9),0.01-0.38 mg·mL-1 for L-borneol(r=1.000 0),and 0.01-0.40 mg·mL-1 for isoborneol(r=1.000 0),respectively. Conclusion This method can be applied to determine various kinds of borneol in Bingpengsan quickly and accurately.
