Comparative analysis on double contrast radiography and CT scan in 22 cases of gastric antrum cancer

Objective To study the value of double contrast radiography and CT diagnosis in the gastric autrum cancer.Method Analysis of double contrast radiography and CT imaging of 22 cases of gastric antrum cancer,the significance of radiological diagnosis was evaluated.Results Four cases of early gastric antrum cancer were found by radiography,missed 1 case;only 1 case of early gastric antrum cancer was found by CT.Seventeen cases of advanced antrum gastric cancer were found by CT and radiography,CT examination found 5 cases of the perigastric organs involvement,8 cases of lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis.Conclusion CT scaning can exhibit gastric antrum cancer and its relationship with the surrounding organs,radiography can find early gastric antrum cancer easily and exhibit the pathological form of advanced gastric antrum cancer finely,but the perigastric situation can not be observed.
