Abstract
The parthenogenetic activation of oocyte is one of the key technologies of nuclear transplantation, the rate of oocyte activation directly affects the efficiency of nuclear transplantation. This paper mainly discusses oocyte parthenogenetic activation on different mammals and its mechanism and paths.
