Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression of PCNA in non small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance.Method:In our hospital from June 2008 to July 2010,76 cases of operation resection of non small cell lung cancer tissue were selected as observation group, and 24 cases of normal lung tissue were selected as control group, immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect PCNA expression in two groups. Result:The positive rate of PCNA in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05),there was no significant difference of the positive rate of PCNA in patients with stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅰ- Ⅱ(P0.05),PCNA was positive in 1 and 3 years survival rates were significantly lower than in PCNA negative patients(P0.05). Conclusion:High level expression of PCNA is an important factor to affect the prognosis of patients with non small cell lung cancer, its abnormal expression has the close relation and pathogenesis, progression and metastasis of lung cancer,as an important index of malignant degree and prognosis of lung cancer accurate judgement.
