Abstract
Focusing on the problem of influemce of range sidelobe on atmosphere measurement brought by using pulse- compression technology, this paper describes first the principles and characteristics of pulse compression technology, then using matlab tool, range sidelobe level of liear frequency modulated non-linear frequency modulated, and phase-ceded etc.pulses after compression is simulated and computed. The effect on suppresion of range sidelobe by these forms of pulse compression wave-form is analyzed, and waveform most suitable for use in meteorological phased-array radar is suggested.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
