Abstract

The teaching staff construction of dual-qualification teachers is important in connotative development and characteristic construction of vocational colleges, and provides the basic guarantee for training higher skillful talents for the society. From such aspects as the dual-qualification teachers' qualification, employment procedure, duty, evaluation and dismissing system, this paper explores the current management system, and puts forward some countermeasures.
