Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the burning characters of heavy oil,the application key points of applying heavy oil as fuel in the incineration facility of hazardous waste were detailed explained.And combined with the case of real project,it was proved that the heavy oil could be used as fuel in the incineration facility of hazardous waste by approved designing.It provided references for future incineration disposal project of hazardous waste.
