Abstract

Modernization of the ruling party has been formed after World WarⅡas an change of the world trend of political parties.Communist Party of China should reflect on the s oviet model of modernization based on the combination of international and domestic situation of China's development needs in line with China's national conditions and the party found the situation of the Chinese characteristics of the ruling party of modernization.
