With the major changes in domestic and international environments in the late Qing dynasty,the govern- ment of the Qing dynasty studies the advanced system consciously or unconsciously,including the modern postal system.The implementation of post nationalization and the appearance of specialized agencies for the management of the postal services in the late Qing dynasty push the modernization process of China post.In the period of the Republic of China,the post became united and gradually went into perfect.
