Abstract

Based on the requirement of facility management and the framework of CIMS for coal preparation plant, the paper proposes the architecture of integrated facility management system in CIMS, gives technical route to realize the system and reconfigures the organization system related with the integrated facility management system. It can carry out production smoothly, reduce production costs of product by applying with this system, which can raise the competitive power of product in the market.
