Abstract

Since 1990′s,the speeding development of IT has provided China with an opportunity to realize modernization. We adopt a road of new industrialization which differs from that of traditional industrialization. Its core is information-driven industrialization. Tracking this road, we must insist on the innovation of science and technology, vigorously put in practice the tactic of persistent development, and vigorously develop the arming manufacturing.
