Organic Law, Civil Law, Quirita rian Law and Social Law——On Legal system from the Perspective of the Relationship Between Society and State

Constitution is not a public law, but an organic law which is superior to the civil law and the public law. The separation of a civil society from national politics leads to the division between the public law and the civil law, that is, the division between civil law and the quirita rian law. In modern society, the mergence of the public law and civil law gives rise to a brand-new social law. The socialist country should take consciously the social law as a way of regression from national politics to a civil society.
