Abstract
Frequency domain analysis in classical control theory is widely applied in automatic control system analysis.Bode diagram is an important component in the frequency domain analysis. The closed-loop system's frequency domain index is calculated based on Bode graph. Therefore, the closed-loop stability, rapidity and accuracy can be analyzed. However, there are some drawbacks using traditional hand drawing on Bode graph,i.e.,time consuming and inaccuracy.MATLAB software has a powerful computing capability and graphical function, which can fast and accurately draw a frequency characteristic curve.A case study demonstrates the drawing of the system's Bode diagram using MATLAB.It provides a great convenience for control system design and analysis.
