Abstract

The toxicities of total sixteen kinds of fungicides on tomato early blight pathogen were determined in the lab. The purpose of this study was to provide a theoretical basis for field chemical control. The results showed that: Chlorothalonil, Carbendazim, Thiophanate-methyl and Kresoxim -methyl had worse antimicrobial effect on the pathogen of tomato early blight, with EC 50 up to 19 922.166 μg.mL -1 , 14 874.246 μg.mL -1 , 14 556.324 μg.mL -1 and 12 179.057 μg.mL -1 , respectively. Methylthio iprodione, Procymidone, Difenoconazole and Cantharidin had better antimicrobial effect than others, with EC 50 being only 1.551 μg.mL -1 , 1.356 μg.mL -1 , 0.577 μg.mL -1 and 0.099 μg.mL -1 , respectively.
