Analyze of space radiation effect and countermeasures of COTS components

Abstract

The space radiation environment is one of the main environment factors disturbing COTS components. The main source of the space radiation environment is analyzed. The space radiation effects caused by space radiation environment are researched, including single event effect, total ionizing dose, displacement damage effect and so on. Several of protective measures to protect main COTS components from the space radiation effect are mentioned in the last.
