Abstract
Hereafter analyzed theoretically the matching of micro-diesel-engine fuel injection system and the engine. Concluded the unreasonableness of matching of coefficients for domestically made micro-diesel-engine fuel injection systems. Suggested the optimum designing of construct coefficients, supported partially by experimental results. Conclusions are as follows. Decreasing of the charging area of injector enables the stability of the injection process, raises the injection pressure, elongates the injection duration, improves the economic effects of the whole engine and reduces the emission of smoke.
