Discussion on the English Teaching Reform in the “specially set” of the Private Higher Vocational Colleges

The teaching plans for the undergraduate and the college specify the different training objectives and requirements of the two levels.According to the current English teaching practices in the specially set of the private higher vocational colleges,combined with the actual situation of the English teaching and learning in Jiangxi University of Technology,research and analysis of the existing problems,this paper expounds the necessity of the teaching reform,explore English classroom teaching reform in the teaching content,teaching method,examination mode,teaching material construction and other issues.
