Legislative Research on The Basic Law on Agricultural Subsidy of China

Agricultural subsidy,which is one of the policies promoting agricultural development in a country,can't play its role effectively without legislative regulation and guarantee. But so far,the agricultural subsidy in China fails to be regulated by relevant laws,which gives rise to a lot of existing problems. Thus,it's urgent for our country to make agricultural subsidy laws and lay down clear provisions on issues such as principles,scope,methods and procedures.
