Abstract
As one of the two key factors of the standardization of official documents, the standardization of official documents' texts, of which the technical standard is a property, is an objective need. It is the best form of transmission and storage function of the official documents. It is operative, authoritative and has binding force. From different angles, it can he divided into pattern standardization, principle or general standardization, specialized standardization, loan standardization, arranged standardization and so on. The key principles to realize the standardizationare: efficiency, optimization and pleasing to the eye etc.
