Abstract
From 1990s,with the popularization of New Regionalism,regional trade agreements(RTAs) of different forms mushroomed around the globe.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of New Regionalism,the authors make a review on the new researches of RTAs from two aspects of economic effects and non-economic effects.Hub and Spoke effect and complicate rule of origin brought by New Regionalism put developing countries in a disadvantageous position.
