Abstract
The costume design is a practical arts.A successful design is inseparable either from the skillsor from the art. In the teaching and learning of costume fashion design,we should establish a design concept of workers the perfect combination of the skills or from the art and pay attention to special training in fashion design,so that clothing style,structure and process can be organically combined.
