Abstract
Concurrent engineering method has gained considerable attention in the construction industry due to its potential to reduce project completion time. However, recent studies have shown that it may actually introduce more uncertainty than traditional methods. One of the major driving forces is the corruption effect caused by unanticipated errors.Focusing on the rework of construction project under concurrent engineering method, this paper proposes a quality management model of concurrent engineering based on rework.
