Discussion of the development of Rural Sports in the Construction of New Village

Abstract
The sports are the important contents in the construction of new socialist countryside.The sports grounds and facilities are seriously deficient,local governments functions are weakening,fewer and fewer peasants participate into sport.But the sports are the carrying of construction of manpower capital,are important path to model new village farmer,are the catalyst for culture construction of new countryside,and are the tie of construction of new harmonious countryside.Based on it,the paper proposed the strategies for the development of sports in villages: the emphasis should go down,combination of sports and culture,and promote the implementation of fitness project for peasant.
