On the Creation of the Early Stories of YU Da-fu

Abstract

The early stories of YU Da-fu is the beginning of the subjective stories in China. The form of autobiography and the artistic style of sorrowful and decadent sentiments in his stories make him quite different from the stories by other writers. His early stories have a side description of the particularly complicated time, which enriches our country’s modern literature.
