The Innovation of the Scientific and Technolodgical Periodicals Facing the knowledge-Economy

The age of the knowledge-economy has an inkling of the matter.The innovation of the scientific and technological periodicals based on the features of the knowledge economy is a problem waiting to be solved by each editor of the periodicals.This paper analyses the path,the method and the measures of innovating such periodicals in regard to the features of the knowledge-economy and the reality,and points out that,to realize the innovation,updating the concept is the premise,enriching the storage of the knowledge is the necessary condition,and the reform is the inevitable way.
