RESEARCH ON FLOTATION TEST OF HIGH SULPHUR COPPER ORE IN SHANGRI-LA YUNNAN

Abstract

The ore treated is a kind of typical high-sulphur copper ore,which belongs to refractory ore.The grade of copper in the ore is relatively high with comprehensive grade reaching 5.73%,which mainly occurs in the form of chalcopyrite.After trial test,the flotation process of once roughing,twice cleaning and three-time scavenger is finally determined,which obtained copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.43% and recovery rate of 97.99%.
