Abstract

[Objective]In order to to find the suitable transplanting depth of flue-cured tobacco varieties CB-1,and the tobacco seedling have cultivated on moist trays. [Method]The effects of surface transplanting, moderate deeply transplanting and excessive deeply transplanting to growth and stress resistance of flue-cured tobacco were discussed in Fujian Sanming ecological conditions. [Result]The treatment of moderate deeply transplanting was helpful for early growth and quick tillering of tobacco plants, the root system was well developed, the plant type was reasonable, the field uniformity was higher, the growth was robust, the stress resistance was improved, and it could help to improve the yield and output, but the effects on the equal price, the rates of first class and the intrinsic chemical composition were not obvious. [Conclusion] Moderate deeply transplanting of 15 cm hole is more suitable for Moist seedling in Fujian Sanming ecological conditions.
