Abstract
In recent years, the theory study of socialist political civilization has become a little bit hot in the theory field. In order to further push forward studies of socialist political civilization, this text systemtically expands the history background in which socialist political civilization is put forward, the connotation of political civilization, the contents of political civilization, how to build the solidest political civilization, and the signification of socialist political civilization being put forward.
