Abstract

Ninty weaned piglets with initial weight at 8 kg were allotted randomly to three treatments with three replicates per treatment and ten pigs per replicates for a period of 52 days feeding test. The trial researched the effect of basal diet supplemented with 0.05%,0.1% of the Bacillus subtilis on growth performance in weaned piglets. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the dietary supplemented with 0.05% Bacillus subtilis, daily weight gain was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05),23.8% higher than that of control group;feed conversion rate improved 5.48% than the control group(P0.05);diarrhea rate significantly decreased(P0.05).Compared with the control group, the fecal lactobacilli and bifidobacteria of the group added with Bacillus subtilis obviously increased(P0.05),Escherichia coli decreased significantly(P0.05).Test group added with 0.05% Bacillus subtilis gained 49.57 yuan more than the control group per piglet during this period.Experiment result showed that the effect of dietary supplemented with 0.05% Bacillus subtilis was better than that of with 0.05% Bacillus subtilis.
