Abstract
Purpose To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics, immunohistochemistry, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast fibroblastic/myofibroblastic tumors(BF/MFT).Methods With review of the literatures,HE staining and immunohistochemistry were used to study the pathological features. Results All the 7 cases were female,2 cases were solitary fibrous tumor,2 cases were myofibroblastoma,1 case was inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour,1 case was fibromatosis, and 1 case was low grade myofibroblastic sarcoma. Conclusions BF/MFT is an uncommon different types of tumors have different biological behavior;and its diagnosis mainly depends on histopathology and immunohistochemistry.
