Shortage of Funds for Colleges and Universities and Its Solution

Abstract

Shortage of funds is now the greatest problem in the development of higher education in China.Many scholars believe that the money needed should be raised through various channels,but at the present time it is still difficult to collect enough money in this way.The only way out,the present author believes,is to turn to government for help.Government should put in more money to solve the problem.
