Abstract

The fast development of the non-public economics brings not only the changes to economic structure, but also challenges to the Party building in the new age. In the non-public economic organization, the Party organization structure is not coordinate with the development of the non-public economic enterprise, the force of the ranks of the Party is weak. Widening the Party's cover, attracting the members of the non-public economic organization to join the Party, creating new method of Party building, ect. are important ways to reinforce the Party building of the non-public economic organization.
