Abstract

Objective To compare the clinical effect of craniotomy and minimally invasive drilling drainage for the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 150 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into craniotomy group and minimally invasive group according to different operation methods, craniotomy group was given open-brain treatment, minimally invasive group was given minimally invasive drilling drainage. Compared the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Results The incidence of lung infection, cerebral infarction, rehaemorrhagia of minimally invasive group were lower than craniotomy group, difference had statistics meaning(P0.05).The mortality of minimally invasive group was lower than craniotomy group, difference had statistics meaning(P 0.05). Conclusion Compared with craniotomy, the minimally invasive drilling drainage can guarantee the curative effect and reduce incidence of complications and mortality, it has high clinical value.
