THE DISTRIBUTION AND DRUG RESISTANCE ANALYSIS IN URINARY SYSTEM

Objective: To study the distribution and drug resistance of pathogen in urinary system and provide the credible evidence with the clinic diagnosis and the treatment of urinary diseases,and give doctors reasonable advice for medicine usage.Methods: The pathogen from the urine specimen from the patients in the hospital were cultured and separated from January 2010 to December 2010.The total 545 strains of pathogen were identified and the drug resistance were analyzed.Results: Escherichia coli among the pathogens which infects the urinary system rated the top,for 301(55.2%),secondly Enterococcus,Klebsiella,Acinetobacter Baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and Fungus.The drug resistance of Escherichia coli to Imipenem was the lowest about 0.However,it was above 13% towards the most beta-lactam antibiotics;the drug resistance of Enterococcus was generally higher,but Vancomycin was lower about 3.8%.Conclusion:The main pathogens is Enterobacteriaceac which infects the urinary system.The drug resistance is obviously higher to the quinolones,The antibiotics pathogens should be chosen according to the test results of the pathogens sensitivity.
