Abstract

One Keggin- type polyoxometalate H3( H10C4N2)3[PMVI o12O40]was synthesized by mild hydrothermal technology,the composition of this chemical compound was explored,by elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy,X- ray single crystal diffraction,its structure was confirmed and characterized. This compound belongs to hexagonal system,R- 3c space group,and the cell parameters are as follows: : a = 1. 7878( 3) nm,b = 1. 7878( 3) nm,c = 2. 3498( 5) nm,α = 90°,β = 90°,γ = 120°,V = 6. 5046( 18) nm3,Z = 6,R1= 0. 0427,wR2= 0. 0434.
