Abstract
Aiming at the problem of how to reach the claim aim smoothly and not demanding the cooperative relationship of two parts and self reputation,the engineering claim strategy of contractor was analyzed from claim aim,management strategy,foreign relations and process of bargaining,so as to solve the problem of low success rate on engineering claim carried out by contractor.
